| Most patients spend months researching and then don’t know how to actually start. Here’s the exact process — from your first message to your final crown. |
At some point, research has to end and action has to begin. For most patients considering dental treatment in Turkey, that moment arrives when they’ve read enough, compared enough clinics, and decided they’re genuinely interested — but aren’t quite sure what the first step actually is.
This guide gives you the exact process we use with every patient — from the moment you make first contact to the moment you arrive home after treatment. There are six steps. None of them require a phone call. All of them can be done from your kitchen table.

The Six Steps
1. Send us your photos and X-rays
The process begins with a WhatsApp message, an email, or the enquiry form on our website. Include: a clear photograph of your smile (front-on, good natural light), a close-up of any specific area of concern, and any recent X-rays you have — panoramic or 3D, whatever your NHS or private dentist has on file. If you don’t have X-rays, that’s fine — we’ll note it in the plan.
What to send:
• 1–3 photographs of your smile in good natural light
• Any X-rays from your UK dentist (optional but useful)
• A brief description of what you’re hoping to achieve or what the problem is
• Your preferred treatment, if you know it — or just your concern if you don’t
2. Receive your personalised treatment plan and quote within 24 hours
One of our clinical team reviews your photographs and X-rays and produces a written treatment plan specifically for your case — not a template. Within 24 hours of your enquiry, you’ll receive a recommended treatment (with alternatives where applicable), the exact materials proposed, an itemised quote in sterling with every cost listed, and an estimated treatment timeline. The consultation is completely free. You are under no obligation to proceed.
Your written plan includes:
• Recommended treatment and materials — specific, not generic
• Number of teeth / implants involved
• Fully itemised quote in GBP — every cost listed, nothing hidden
• Suggested treatment dates and duration
• Alternative options if clinically applicable
3. Ask every question you have — and get written answers
Most patients have questions after receiving the treatment plan. Which implant brand? What happens if something goes wrong? Can I speak to the dentist before I travel? What exactly does the guarantee cover? We answer all of these in writing, before you book anything. If a video call with the treating dentist or patient coordinator would help, we can arrange that too. This step has no time limit — take as long as you need.
📱 Message Us on WhatsApp
Send your photos and X-rays — we’ll reply with a personalised treatment plan within 24 hours. No obligation.
| You should not confirm any booking until you’re satisfied with the answers to every question you have. A reputable clinic welcomes this. We do. |
4. Confirm your dates and pay a small deposit
Once you’re happy with the treatment plan, materials, price and the answers to your questions, you confirm your preferred dates with your patient coordinator. We check availability and hold the appointment. A small deposit is required to confirm the booking — applied to your treatment balance on arrival. Your coordinator sends a booking confirmation with your exact schedule, what to bring, and pre-treatment instructions.
What happens at this stage:
• Treatment dates confirmed and appointment held
• Booking confirmation sent with full schedule
• Hotel recommendations provided at your price point (optional)
• Airport transfer confirmed — we meet you at arrivals
• Pre-treatment guidance sent (any dietary or preparation requirements)
• Contact details of your dedicated coordinator confirmed
5. Book your flights — after, not before
This is the step most people get wrong: they book flights first, then look for a clinic. We recommend the reverse. Confirm your treatment plan, dates and deposit before booking travel. This way your flights align with your clinical schedule. Jet2, TUI, EasyJet, Ryanair and Turkish Airlines all operate regular services to Antalya from multiple UK airports. Book four to eight weeks ahead for the best prices.
Practical flight tips:
• Book flights after confirming treatment dates — not before
• Early morning departures allow you to arrive in Antalya by early afternoon
• Most UK airports connect to Antalya in under four hours
• Return flights: book for the day after your final appointment to allow flexibility
• We arrange airport transfer both ways — no taxi required
6. Arrive, be treated, go home with your new smile
Your patient coordinator meets you at arrivals and takes you directly to your hotel. Clinical appointments run to a pre-agreed schedule — your coordinator manages the logistics. On your final day, you’re transferred to the airport with written aftercare instructions, a treatment summary for your UK dentist, and (for implant patients) your implant passport. Your coordinator remains available by WhatsApp and email, indefinitely.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have a UK dentist’s referral?
No referral is needed. You can contact us directly at any time. If you have X-rays or clinical notes from a UK dentist, those are helpful to include in your initial enquiry — but they’re not required. We carry out our own clinical assessment on arrival in any case.
What if I’m not sure which treatment I need?
That’s completely normal — and it’s exactly what the remote consultation is for. Tell us what you’re unhappy about or what the problem is, send photographs, and we’ll give you a clear recommendation with an explanation of why. You don’t need to know the clinical terminology before you contact us.
What if the treatment plan changes when I arrive?
This occasionally happens if a clinical assessment on arrival reveals something not apparent from pre-travel photographs or X-rays. If this occurs, we explain the situation clearly and give you a revised written quote before anything changes. You never proceed with anything you haven’t agreed to.
Can I book for more than one person?
Yes — we treat family members, couples and groups regularly. Each patient requires their own clinical assessment and treatment plan, but scheduling can usually be coordinated so both patients have appointments on the same days. Contact us and we’ll manage the logistics.
Is there a minimum or maximum age for treatment?
Implants are generally suitable for patients whose jaw growth is complete — typically from the late teens onwards. There is no upper age limit for any of our treatments; fitness for surgery is assessed clinically rather than by age.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation and rescheduling policy is included in your booking confirmation. If you need to reschedule, contact your coordinator as early as possible. We aim to be as flexible as the clinical schedule allows.
